  I usually wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I have never received worse care than from one clinician at this location. I am a return patient to this facility and the entire staff is so unbelievably kind and helpful. Yesterday I went in with concerns about severe symptoms I was having after receiving treatment and starting a new medication and to request a medical note to provide to my work verifying my medical experience. When I explained my symptoms and experience the clinician shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know, could be anything really.” She also refused to write me a letter verifying my symptoms. She never sat down in the room, she was standing the entire time and I could tell she was maybe rushed or had other patients to get to but she was very short with me and rude and was reluctant to answer my questions or provide any sort of medical advice about why I was experiencing these symptoms for so long. As I was in the middle of a sentence, she interjected saying “well I’m really busy right now and have a lot to get to, so I’m going to leave to go work on that note.” She cut me off mid sentence and quite literally stomped out of the room. She did this without answering any of my medical concern questions, without providing advice on whether or not to begin a new medication. She did not even look at my chart. She just stood against the wall and gave me short and curt responses that did nothing to address my medical concerns. It was so upsetting to try to express my medical experience and concerns to a clinician and have them be reluctant to address possibilities or ways to move forward. When she stomped out the room I said “I’m sorry for taking up your time,” and I think then she realized how unkind she was being because her tone and mood sort of shifted. Her name is Kathryn Tiano and I would highly recommend if you are booked for an appointment with her that you seek another clinician unless you are looking to get spoken over and treated rudely. I am sad to be writing this review because everyone else that I have received care from at this facility was so kind, but I left my appointment with Kathryn crying because she demonstrated an amount of disdain that I have never experienced before in medical service.

  My nurse Janice was amazing and answered all of my questions no matter how dumb I thought they were. She made me feel heard and well cared for. Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!

  The Dr. billed me directly, for a conversation about insurance and a pap smear. My insurance wouldn't pay it, because it was a conversation. I asked the billing department why? And was told, it was because you were asking the Dr. questions. My mother also went here and was given all sorts of tests she didn't need. The doctors here don't listen. Find another gynecologist.
