These people are amateur. Horrible communication. My wife came in for a simple procedure on her elbow and we’ve been here literally all day. No sense of urgency from anyone.
I had my doctors appointment cancelled TWICE without any notice, not a message, not a phone call no communication at all and had to find out the day off when I was looking up the location only to find no appointment on myucla health. This is incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful! I took time off for both the appointments and they were 6 months apart , I waited this long and still did not get to see a doctor. At least show some basic professionalism and inform your patients when you cancel their appointments??

It was really fun to have to stop in the middle of a two lane road to pick my loved one up out of a wheel chair, because they literally take people outside after their procedure to a busy road in a wheel chair and you literally have to stop in the road to pick them up. In my opinion that’s just ridiculous. Also would like to add, that this is after I already paid $25 for parking in addition to whatever amount my loved one paid for procedure out of pocket and what their insurance is paying UCLA “health”. Personally, I think this is embarrassing and dehumanizing but that’s my opinion. At the very least provide parking for people to pick someone up, and in my opinion that should be a private area, not the middle of the street. I could maybe understand if this was in the heart of NYC (or even if this location was in DT Santa Monica but it’s not ), but really? I would share more about why I am giving one star but that’s all I’m willing to share publicly.
