All Name, No Care
My experience with UCLA Urology was deeply underwhelming.
Appointments took forever to secure, and I only saw the doctor I was initially scheduled with once. Most of my care ended up in the hands of residents or assistants—one who confidently said everything was fine. That turned out to be completely incorrect as confirmed by a second opinion.
After my initial visit, my follow-up was scheduled six months out, with no regard for the urgency of my condition or how long I had already waited. To make things worse, the same assistant documented a treatment I never received, leaving me to deal with the billing fallout on my own. If I can’t trust you to take accurate notes, how am I supposed to trust you with anything else?
Treatment options felt extremely limited and impersonal. For all its name recognition, UCLA Urology felt more like a factory than a clinic.
If you go here, make sure to set aside extra time and money to get a second opinion.
