This office just doesn't care about the patients they serve. Namely Dr. Tue Te and the receptionists, medical assistants, etc. I had tried setting up appointments with Dr. Tue Te as a follow up after my sleep study back in November multiple times, after calling multiple times and sending her and her office multiple messages (some of which she has never responded to). Some of my messages have been unanswered for over 3 weeks, some for over a month and a half. When she did respond to some of my messages, she ignored the fact that I had been trying to set up appointments with her to no avail, due to her having no availability until mid January at the time (it was November when I was trying to schedule). She told me to schedule an appointment with her despite the fact that I had been trying to, and I am suffering with untreated central and obstructive sleep apnea which has deeply negatively impacted my performance in school, and at my internship, as well as my mental health. I am functioning extremely poorly, suffering from extreme brain fog, depression, memory issues, migraines, TMJ, etc, but her office does not want to help me and continually lets me down. Additionally, they billed me twice for reading my sleep study I had done at another place, despite me only having had one sleep study at the time, and not even telling me I'd be billed for even one reading of a sleep study! Her office has no answers as to why I'm being billed twice for this, and neither does the billing office! I even tried disputing it with billing to no avail, so now I'm disputing it with the records department (which will take a while, meanwhile the bill is already due). I finally got an appointment with a new doctor (Dr. Kashani and he is wonderful) but unfortunately he is leaving uclahealth and it is unknown when he will start at his new practice . Therefore when I messaged him to ask what the process will be to get a CPAP prescribed and given to me, considering he is leaving ucla health, his office responded , not him, and sent me a nonsensical message that makes no sense, essentially telling me to call their office (the number they provided is not for their office, but for a call center to schedule an appointment). I have attached the message they sent me when I messaged Dr. Kashani, below.
