  Good luck receiving any care or compassion at this office if your issue doesn't immediately and clearly show up on an MRI. The doctors told me that "stress and anxiety" were likely causing my symptoms. It wasn't until I could see a neuro specialist (outside of UCLA!) that I discovered I had a serious condition. I was incredibly disappointed in my experience here, I never ever leave negative reviews but it was truly so shockingly unbelievable that I feel compelled to.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurologist office . From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The wait time was unreasonably long, despite having a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit even more frustrating. The African American front desk was unprofessional and not wanting to help me at all. She said, "How about someone else can help you. I asked for the manager, which turned to be worse than her staff. These people should not be working in healthcare at all. Healthcare should be about compassion and professionalism, but unfortunately, this office lacked both. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and respectful service. Would you like me to tailor it further based on specific details of your experience?

  The worst staff ever! They don’t let you even see the doctor even if you drove 80 miles and you’re 5 minutes late!! UCLA should be ashamed ! An institution that prides itself on serving the community… Yeah Right! I would say it’s an organization run by arrogant selfish individuals!

  I was weary of this place looking at the reviews, but my first appointment went better than expected. I saw Dr Joss Cohen and he actually took the time to listen. I understand my issues may be in the vague/chronic side of medicine (suspect long covid or dysautonomia) but its nice when you get a doctor that will actually run some tests and take your symptoms seriously.

  Very well operated facility with trained and experienced staff. I believe I'm getting the best possible treatment from Dr. Mayo and the entire team.
