  It took several weeks to get an appointment for my daughter to see Dr. Josic and less than 24 hours before the appointment, was scheduled, I received a call that the appointment was cancelled. No reason was given. When I called back to reschedule, they did not have any appointments with any doctors for a month. It's totally unacceptable to cancel an appointment with a child the day before they are scheduled to come in and then not be able to reschedule in a reasonable timeframe. It's so disappointing when families cannot receive much needed care through their providers. Clearly UCLA has too many patients and they do not know when it's time to say no.

  Dr. Shapiro has been extremely nice and patient with me! I highly recommend him. He's easy going and pleasant to talk to.

  I called twice this morning. During the first call, I was on hold for about 5 minutes, a very irritated receptionist answered, and before I could get my first sentence out, she hung up on me. I called back and this time waited on hold for 10 minutes, when my call was disconnected. Thank goodness I don't have a serious issue because this seems like the worst place to actually get help. All I can imagine is that the receptionist was frustrated and just hung up on all the calls? What a disappointment for a behavioral health clinic. UCLA is normally so good!

  i agree with other poster - this place is ABSURDLY impossible to get through to!!! Shame on UCLA for allowing referrals to groups that don't call back and don't answer their phone!!!
