I was a patient with the department for over two years and while there, received world-class care. Throughout, they were attentive, professional, and effective. However, since moving to Washington, administration and billing have been nightmares. I was unable to get them to transfer my serum to Virginia Mason Medical for two months. As a result, my allergies relapsed and we had to restart protocol. I paid $600 upfront for the serum. I was also charge $284 for a physician visit that never occurred. Nothing has been submitted to insurance because of inaccurate coding. Billing requires that I get the clinic to fix this than taking any initiative. 3 stars down to 2. If I have to reach leadership, you will know about it.
Lovely staff who have always gone above and beyond to help me. Parking is a bummer, but I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and the entire staff here!

There is a 4 month wait to be seen, $12 parking with no validation and forget about online booking they will not get back to you.

My sister and I have severe allergies. And we each saw Dr. Lorraine Anderson separately without knowing it at first. And she practices medicine with kindness. She explained everything thoroughly, helped me understand allergies and symptoms, and provided thorough patient education. I definitely recommend her.

This place has cancelled my appointments on over 4 occasions. Highly unorganized absolutely no flexibility whatsoever. I have waited over 4 months to get tested for allergies and each time I show up there is a problem. Receptionists shrug you off and do absolutely zero to assist. I just gave up and will go untested for my allergies because they are impossible. I work in the health care field and this is absolutely not how you help patients, at all. Avoid if you have any alternatives.
