  Dr. Sturich was dismissive, I told him I had the treatment twice before and it hadn’t worked, he gave it to me again and sent me on my way, I went on a ten day antibiotics cycle again and it didn’t work. Maybe he was having a bad day, he had a very bad vibe to him. Wish I got Elsea like I usually do.

  First, I need to shine a light on Bobbi Triplett- best blood draw of my life- I barely felt anything. She is a wizard with a needle. Second, Dr Plesa is personable, knowledgeable, good listener, up to date with the medical community. Lastly, the office was on time with my appt, front desk seemed organized. I did take the time to set up a my chart account on uclahealth.org, maybe that made my experience smooth compared to some of these other reviews, but I would recommend this office for your health care

  Incredibly professional and knowledgeable care team. I cannot stress enough how important it is to be in the care of providers who show exemplary bedside manners, Dr. Elsea and her staff are shining examples of UCLA’s best.

  I spoke to Nancy this morning to make an appointment as a new patient and she was incredible! She walked me through and explained to me about my insurance. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Nancy!!! :)
