  I had an mri guided needle biopsy of one breast. I was given very good care for this procedure.

  今天早上六點半，我們全家帶著睏意從Pasadena 出發到Santa Monica ，因為需要花費長達一個小時多的車程，擔心會錯過三個月前就約好的乳房檢查，我在前一天下午才被通知需要準備之前的報告，因為在上班中，清楚表達這是不可能的，客服人員也只能表達沒關係，直到今天早上抵達後，她還是表達ｏｋ，直到見到醫生後，醫生說明原因拒絕幫我做檢查！這是一家不專業而且行政效率有很大改善的醫療機構。為什麼沒有在預約時要求病人提供所有相關資料？為什麼沒有在兩週前檢查所需要的任何文件？為什麼當病人都抵達了才發現失誤而只能說能協助改時間? 不缺病人吧，別人的時間就不是時間 At 6:30 this morning, our family set off from Pasadena to Santa Monica with sleepiness. Because it took more than an hour to drive, I was worried that I would miss the breast examination that was scheduled three months ago. I was informed that I need to prepare the previous report yesterday afternoon, because at work, it is impossible to express clearly, and the customer service staff can only express that it is okay, until this morning when I arrived, she still expressed ok, until I saw the doctor, the doctor explained the reason and refused to me! (I can understand the Dr.'s concern and it's not her problem) This is an unprofessional medical facility with much improved administrative efficiency. Why are patients not asked to provide all relevant information at the time of appointment? Why wasn't any of the required documents checked two weeks ago? Why you can do is to assist reschedule asap until patient arrived and found you made a big mistake. Maybe there's no shortage of patients so feel free to waste other people's time.

  A very pleasant experience. There was a room to place my belongings and change privately, and the X-ray tech saw me at my exact appointment time. The tech was comforting, knowledgeable, and professional. The radiologist visited me within 5 minutes after the tech completed my scan to see a live scan. The radiologist listened to my concerns, completely explained my results, happily answered my (and my mother’s) questions. This is a great facility to perform such a personal and nerve wracking exam.

  I have had my And mammograms done here for many years, I think the staff And technicians are very caring and professional fast,. Getting me in and out

  I was there for two biopsies on my breast because this location had the first 2-hour block available. So, it was my first experience with this location. The receptionist, technician, and fellow were all very kind and compassionate. The doctor seemed impatient. I understand the site is undergoing updates, but the procedure room was very unorganized and cramped with equipment. Instruments were not ready on a tray but we're set on random surfaces throughout the room. At least the Instruments were still packaged until used.
