  Parking is $28 if you’re visiting for chemotherapy or anything that takes time. If you go in and out you will have to pay twice. I was charged $21 for leaving and coming back for a 1hr and 15 mins. This is criminal, patients rely of accesible parking to receive life saving treatment. I hope UCLA does better.

  I’m trying to establish care and it has been excruciating. One of the doctors here forced me to do a video call to establish care and it was coded a level 3 although it was just a call to meet the doctor to see if we are a good fit. I didn’t even want this call. I wanted to schedule a physical but they made me jump through this hoop first and they’re trying to charge me $438 for it. I HAVEN’T EVEN RECEIVED ANY CARE YET. Trying to communicate with the office and with UCLA billing, customer service has been hell. A brief call with no decision making, no exam, no treatment should not cost this. No one at the office is calling me back. In addition to this, the whole process is so SLOW, it took 3 months just to schedule this video call. I am afraid to get my physical or bloodwork done because the billing is crazy and inaccurate and no one is around to fix things or will even respond to me. It shouldn’t cost $438 to skype someone for 15 min just to establish care. How is this even legal?

  Terrible treatment. This place is a circus and they will not listen to you as a patient. Go somewhere else. Find a doctor with a private practice

  For past ten years I visit Dr. Goldsmith, he cares so much, he even message me on weekend to make sure I am fine, he is very knowledgeable and care so much. Scheduling is very easy and they have a great staff.

  This place is great. They've been my doctors office for more than 15 years (I really mean long enough I can't remember how long). The docs are pros, the staff are pros, and they have a lab on site.
