Bad experience. Spent less than 4 minutes with me, said they’d give me a prescription. Was not noted in my after visit summary and was never sent to my pharmacy. Tried to send a note to the office of the doctor, and the online portal won’t even let me send a follow up message. It was the most sterile experience I’ve had at a doctor and I’ve never felt more like a box to check to get a paycheck in my life.
**have reached out twice to get them to rectify this and they’ve ignored all my requests for help. Horrible, horrible experience.
I was referred here for electrolysis and after spending 6 weeks resending the referral to them, and explaining that it was already approved by insurance as a medical need I got an appointment.
At the appointment I was told they don't even offer electrolysis, which resulted in duplicated services right down to the medication they perscribed.
They also wanted to refer me to in house laser treatment, which is not permanent, is considered cosmetic, and isn't what the referral was for.
Why was I not told on the very first call that the services I was referred for cannot be provided here?
Seems to me like an appointment was booked just so they could send my insurance company a bill.
Incredibly disappointed and somewhat disturbed by the lack of communication among administrative staff, their combative attitudes. They repeatedly blamed all my other providers when they kept losing the referral, they blamed my other providers for not getting an authorization which they found out they had when they actually checked.
Most of all it was a little disturbing that they booked an appointment only to offer duplicate services and reroute my treatment plan to something less effective they offered in house when a specific procedure was already approved.
They had a full 6 weeks from when they originally got the referral till the appointment to notify me they did not provide the service referred for... but instead chose to argue over not receiving the referral, that electrolysis is hard to get approved (it already was approved), and that my providers needed to get authorization (they had).
At no point did any one of the people I talked to inform me they did not provide electrolysis until I actually got tge appointment and talked to the doctor.
Just say you can't provide the service you were asked to provide. Such a tremendous headache and waste of time dealing with this provider.

My day here started off really well. The receptionist was the most professional and warm person ever. She was so good I had very high expectations.
The waiting room is clean, nice and modern. It’s easy to feel like you’re going to get the best medical care.
The nurse was ok but kind of cold and felt off. The doctor was friendly and professional but I had issues with his answers to my questions, the way he handled my medication options and the rushed way he made the consultation feel. I didn’t leave with that feeling you get when a doctor not only does the job well but convinces you you’re on a path to better health.
I parked at a meter on the other side of the block which can cover you for up to 9 hours. Some meters only cover you for up to 40 minutes. The walk wasn’t bad. There are also parking lots and structures but the last time I came to this area the structure was an awful maze. Costly too.
