  While I cannot speak for other doctors, Dr. Downs is fantastic. So far so good. Been seeing him for quite some time now. Very cutting-edge knowledgeable and professional as a doctor needs to be. This doctor is respectful of your time, and he is accommodating with appointments. Does not interrupt you when you are responding to his questions. The staff is halfway decent too, unlike other offices. Also listens very well and leaves detailed voice messages as requested in my written HIPAA AUTHORIZATIONS. I am glad that there are still some doctors like Dr. Downs who actually "get it" and have not given up on you. He shows authentic care in you as a patient and as a human being. I would strongly recommend him without reservation. Regarding other providers, beware of hardly any negative reviews as the sites are often paid, etc. to remove them. Don’t believe everything you hear on the internet. Be suspicious of only positive reviews, esp. if they got posted right after a negative one got removed, etc…

  I've had nothing but good experiences with my doctor here. They have listened to my issues, made suggestions of solutions, and followed up to see if and how things resolved. I have full confidence in my specialist here.
