  This place is actually a great location with great staff, including one that has the same name as me — but no, she is not me. Lol. A few other good people I remember are Angela n' Abel. Also, unlike the place right across the street from them, they validate. Plus they've really relaxing music. I straight up could've fallen asleep in the waiting room — that soothing.

  Judging by the reviews of this place, it seems like a typical UCLA FACILITY THAT HAS MEDIOCRE to horrible treatment of patients but for todays visit for an MRI, I must have been very lucky. All three staff Members I encountered were very accommodating and as sweet as pie to Me! It was a horrible morning as I was in so much pain and could not move and to add insult to injury jury, my Lyft driver was late! There was so much stress just to coordinate the ride over to ucla and I was worried because UCLA is very strict for us to arrive early but the doctors are allowed to be very late for us, Ironically. Ivan was so sweet and followed up with two phone calls because I was taken To the wrong facility so I was walking all over the place. Even though I was understandably late, Ivan said that Alexis the technician will still take me for the procedure. They both put me at ease and made the experience still very positive and calm/collective. The assistant was very nice too and took me back to the technician. The technician provided a ball to squeeze since I was going in head first and made me feel at so much peace that I was not even claustrophobic anymore! She even gave me some aromatic scents too to smell while in the MRI chamber. With UCLA, you can also wind up with bad employees too so this experience was fantastic. Thank you so much for your professionalism and hospitality! With these three people, thank you for Making this experience fantastic despite a very stressful morning!

  Technician Jazi refused to see my one year old when we were five minutes late during the record breaking LA rainstorm. It is extremely difficult to coordinate schedules and childcare for his twin and get out of the house with a toddler in a rainstorm. Complete disregard for how much effort goes into getting to such an appointment. Front desk was gracious about the situation - this review is solely a reflection on the technician. Our previous visits and technicians were much more amenable. And the front office staff has always been kind and helpful.

  The staff here is not competent . Their was not one other person in the ER or waiting room. I have an infection in my chest couldn't even give me antibiotics, total waste of time and insusance money this hospital seems like leeches to me. Their was about 40 nurses on staff like I said and I was the only patient . Narcissistic incompetent staff and security do not go here
