  The lobby reeks of urine. The people working there were quite rude. And on top of that I have a bruise where my blood was drawn and this has never happened once in all my years

  Avoid this place if possible. They are just negative all day even at 8 am. You have to wait for a long time to just drop off your samples. They literally gave me the wrong information how to collect my samples, glad I looked it up first. No parking around the building so you have to pay for parking. They do not have any kind of customer service or a phone number that you can ask a simple question. Literally there is nothing good about this place.

  The Quest phlebotomists are always so good. They take care of you, like you are their only patient, and insure that every label is correct and they are also so friendly.

  Had me place myself on the stand by list only to not see me and stop seeing patients early. There wasn’t even anyone to talk too someone just shouted from a locked room into the locked waiting room?
