  Dr Butler takes the time to truly listen, is very thorough with examination including in-house high tech imaging and blood facilities, has been able to treat my ENT with localized and non surgical treatments, despite being a very well credentialed surgeon. Dr Butler's office is excellently run. Their management of information is pretty much perfect. When I have care questions I call in and detailed notes are taken by the reps, and I receive a call from Dr Butler or a medical assistant within a day or two in response, I feel very heard. Definitely recommend Dr. Butler and any doctors at Pacific Head and Neck, as they are all the same front office staff that does such a great job managing information and care.

  The doctor walked out on me for questioning him, he asked his team mate to"HANDLE ME" mind you the paint is falling off everywhere and his desk is a holding place for his liquor bottles... whaaaaaat a joke. Waited 3 hours after getting here for my appointment on time, for this
