  Dr. Griffiths office literally looks you up to see if you are famous or rich enough to be a patient. The place is negligent and even after surgery they don't call back. I had surgery at Pacific Head and Neck and it was a joke. Do not use.

  Dr. Yong and his team saved the day when my elderly mom had an acute sinus issue late in the day. He even stayed late as I rushed her over, and he treated her with such care and kindness, calming her panic and taking wonderful care of her. Great people who went above and beyond. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yong! He explained every step of my nasal surgery with such clarity, putting me completely at ease. He was positive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. My recovery from surgery was faster than expected, and the results have been life-changing—I’ve stopped snoring and even started running, which I never thought I would do! Zero complaints - only relief. Dr. Yong is an exceptional professional, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. In addition, his office was extremely well-run and the professionals are very kind. My appointments were easy to schedule and I had low wait times. Plus, the parking lot behind the office makes it easy to visit. Honestly, a 10/10 experience given that you know…I had surgery. Dr. Yong is the absolute best and I thank him for the life-changing results.

  Dr Kochar and Dr Mehdizadeh did an amazing job on my deviated septum surgery, and were really wonderful people. The whole experience was top notch and I can't recommend them enough. Who knew surgery could be such a pleasant experience?

  I came in to open my nasal passages as they were quite closed up. Dr. Mehdizadeh, Dr. Kochar and along with the entire staff took great care of me. I recommend them to anyone who wants to breath again :) They are great doctors, gave me the time to ask all of my questions and voice my concerns and the results are great!
