- ZZZasoFeb 12, 20261.0I’m writing this on behalf of my sister after she’s told me of what has happened at CorePower Santa Monica …. It’s completely unacceptable. She woke up and drove all the way to Santa Monica for a 7:30 AM Sculpt class. About 30 minutes into class, the entire room started smelling like straight gasoline. Not a faint odor; a strong, alarming fume smell. The class had to stop and everyone left the room in a panic. No one should ever have to worry about inhaling gas fumes in the middle of a heated workout. What makes this worse is that this isn’t an isolated issue at this studio: • A 6:00 AM class was canceled 10 minutes before start time — after she was already THERE at the studio This studio feels completely unreliable and poorly managed. People structure their schedules around these classes and pay premium prices expecting professionalism and safety. Between last-minute cancellations, no-show instructors, and now a potential safety hazard, it’s beyond frustrating. CorePower Santa Monica needs to seriously get its act together. This level of inconsistency and disregard for members’ time and safety is unacceptable.
