  It was easy to make a same day appointment and the wait time was minimal once I arrived. The Doctor took the time to ask me plenty of questions about my condition, ran a couple tests to evaluate me and explained her observations clearly. She also made it clear, if anything changed or I had any additional questions later on, to let them know immediately. I felt very comfortable when the appointment was finished. Thanks Team !

  I had a great experience at Carbon Health Santa Monica with Dr. Natalie and Yesenia. I booked my appointment the night before and was seen as soon as I walked into the clinic. Yesenia was extremely transparent about pricing and put my mind at ease as I do not have insurance. They handled me and my situation with care and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic.

  Great service, from the healthcare worker MA I believe Gavin is his name. Great guy who communicated amazingly, very kind and warm environment. Even with the provider who seen me was awesome and she was great to communicate with. Highly recommend others to come here.

  My husband called ahead to make sure this facility could perform the procedure he needed. He was told they could and the doctor was there to perform it. They allowed him to make an appointment, and he made the drive over in rush hour traffic. Well, once he got there, they told him they couldn’t perform the procedure because they “threw away” the medicine needed and they had no more? What kind of establishment is this? After he ALREADY had this happen to him at the Ivy Station location previously, he was told Santa Monica could do it, and this still happened. Get it together!

  I had a great experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care - Santa Monica. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient everything was. The staff was very professional, friendly, and organized. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and they handled everything quickly without rushing me. The whole visit was smooth and easy. If you need urgent care in Santa Monica, I definitely recommend this location!
