  Jennifer is very knowledgeable and skilled. She clearly explained many things about my ears and hearing. She did a very thorough hearing exam. Where the data was a little ambiguous, she modified the test procedure to get good data. As an engineer, I was impressed. Their equipment is very up-to-date. I appreciate the time she took to explain things to me. I chose not to get hearing aids at this time. But I'm going back for a follow-up exam next year and every year until I need them. This is a terrific store with a great team and a super hearing aid.

  The office could not be more accommodating every single time I've been in. I went with Miracle Ear primarily for their network of facilities, so even if I'm out of town, I can still get service. The Santa Maria crew has welcomed me for "last minute" concerns when one side was not working properly (turned out I had to get that ear cleaned). I check in about once every three months to get my devices serviced and am always greeted like a friend. I've gone through three different receptionist in the five years I have been going to them and they all have been friendly, kind and pleasant to deal with, which shows the standard Jennifer has set for her front office. Jennifer is always bubbly and joyful. You simply cannot leave without a smile on your face.
