  Let me start by saying the store is absolutely beautiful and clean. This store gives the best customer service. The doctor and the staff are always so welcoming and willing to help. I’m a very indecisive person, and they made my visit stress-free. I love my new glasses! Thank you!! 🤓

  Very poor service and they sold me a pair of sunglasses for 300.00 and then told me they couldn’t make the trifocals they knew I was wanting in sunglasses! Long story short, after that I took the sunglasses home to find they were damaged!!!

  I do not recommend getting an eye exam here. I went here as they had the soonest opening that accepted my insurance (had next day availability) when I needed an ASAP exam as life got the best of me and I ran out of contacts. As I also needed an exam for a new prescription. I expressed the prescription I currently was wearing was no longer giving clear vision so it was clear changes were due. The changes that ended up being made lessened my prescription in one eye and I knew instantly that the prescription was wrong and I was seeing worse. My concerns were brushed off and I was told to give my eyes time to adjust to the new prescription. A prescription that didn’t work for me even in clinic and I made it clear of. Because my concerns were completely disregarded I chose to not simply re-express this after giving it time and go elsewhere to get my prescription determined by another doctor. I went into the appointment wearing a -3.75 in one eye (which again I expressed I was already not seeing clearly with) and left with -3.50 being what was prescribed. Upon being seen by the other doctor I was told that isn’t even what the machine put my estimated prescription at. I left the other clinic being able to see appropriately and the prescription in the eye referring to a -4.25. No wonder I was having clear vision issues with the prescription I was wearing initially let alone with the one that Dr.David wrote. Yes, they guarantee satisfaction and will re-evaluate if without whatever the guaranteed period is but I made it clear at the exam I was not seeing clearly and was not happy, things should have been adjusted at that time. I didn’t go back because I had no trust it would be fixed the second time when it was refused to be addressed the first time. He also tried pushing dailies on me knowing I’ve worn biweekly for 15 plus years and expressed no interest in changing let alone changing contact brand. It wasn’t until the significant price difference vs insurance coverage was called out that I was able to successfully get the script written in the biweekly ones I wear. Overall terrible exam experience and was left with unclear vision for a month while waiting to be seen elsewhere. Thankfully I choose to NOT get glasses in the prescription he wrote (also inaccurate per other appointment) and while I did fill the contacts script because I needed SOMETHING while I waited to be seen elsewhere I filled with 1800 contacts who has a guarantee if given a new prescription so I can exchange.

  Everyone, was extremely polite, kind, friendly, and professional. Easy to make an appointment as well. My insurance wasn’t fully covered thru lens crafters, however they made every effort to accommodate me, turns out with their special it was cheaper than my insurance. Definitely would go back.
