Went in for my first Pap smear and Rachel the new Nurse Practitioner was extremely helpful and let me know what she was doing as she was doing it so I wasn’t confused. Asked for consent before lifting the skirt and everything. 10/10 experience with the receptionists and the doctors/nurses.
