Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. (CHC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit network of community health centers serving the residents of California’s Central Coast. Located throughout Santa Barbara county, our committed healthcare professionals are dedicated to maintaining your health and well-being. We offer fully accredited ob/gyn care in the Santa Maria area including Well Woman Exams, birth control, high/low risk pregnancy care & more. We seek to enhance the health status of all people in the Central Coast of California, with emphasis on the medically under-served, providing accessible, affordable, comprehensive and quality healthcare services, through well trained professional staff, in strategically located health centers.
