  How should I start: 1. It took a long time for the girl to call me, and I had an appointment. I had to wait for at least 20 min in the waiting room. 2. When I got in the room, she looked at my exams and started laughing. I didn't understand why, and she laughed and said the system shouldn't allow me to book so many tests simultaneously. And she kept laughing like something was hilarious. I think the lady was nervous. I don't know. 3. When she was taking my blood, I started to feel bad, and I was about to faint. I asked her to stop. She didn't even help me. She stopped and went to the computer to do something, and I had to ask her if I could lie on the floor because I was about to faint. She didn't ask if I was okay. 4. At the end she said I would have to return another day to finish the exams. I went to another place to take the test, and when I got there, I had to do it all over again because she didn't process my tests. I felt disrespected there with all the laughing, and it was very unprofessional of her not to help me when I was feeling bad.

  This location is super understaffed and has been for years. Don’t ever do walk in here or you will wait for at least 45 minutes. Go across town to the one by the hospital and it will be faster. They have more chairs and the patient care staff aren’t splitting their time with unloading boxes and admin tasks. The staff here are courteous at least.

  My last visit at safeway quest location was great the lady there was the best drawing my blood because my veins roll. But now the lady has moved to another quest location and i can not locate her new location and no one knows or can help me locate her. It's very sad about this problem at quest how you can't speak to anyone unless you drive there and even then you probably won't get any answers. for me it's not the golden years when i need to get a quest blood test.

  Convenient for my wife whose insurance uses Quest services. But they really need to get a better photo of the location. Having a picture of the local bums hanging out in front of Safeway is not very appealing.
