  Usually an excellent location but whoever was working room 2 at 1:30 needs to be re-trained. I never have problems with blood draws and I am in significant pain and can already see bruising beginning to form. She jammed the needle in just about as hard as I would a life-long enemy with zero communication or even letting me lay my arm flat. Please do something about her (at least ask her to use her words) because I will have to find a new location if she's keeps doing this and that's not fair.

  Do ever not come as a walk in here. Poor customer service, I waited 2 hours as a stand-by walk in appointment and I was displayed on the screen as a stand by for reference. After about 2 hours they took my name down and were calling names of the stand by list that were behind me. So I got up and shared my issue with a staff member before I left out the door. I actually just made an appointment as a different location while I was sitting waiting. Also, they slam the door everytime they exit and enter the lab area which is completely unnecessary. Wasted time at a place that didn’t know I existed. Don’t ever come as a walk in here.

  Completely disorganized, non-working check-in kiosks, overfilled parking, abrasive employees - horrible experience!

  Was horrible, she was very rough, stabbed my right arm missed the vein by over an inch. Hit the vein on left arm but again very rough leaving bruises lasting 4 days in each arm
