  I was seen by Dr Roberts. She showed absolutely no interest in helping and even told me there was nothing she could do. I came here for a very simple discomfort. She gave no recommendation, no suggestion, no bedside manner, no enthusiasm. I am disappointed. I am not coming here ever again.

  URGENT CARE: Great staff. Quick efficient and helpful. Best health service received thus far at urgent care. PRIMARY CARE: appointment seems to be impossible to make. Made an appointment in JANUARY, they gave me one in APRIL They needed to reschedule for whatever reason and aren’t accommodating until JULY. My kids would basically be seeing their dr almost in 2 YEARS

  This place is a mess when it comes to scheduling. I don't know what the deal is but it's nearly impossible to have a consistent PCP at this establishment. I'm not a needy patient and generally just come in for my annual and maybe one-two other times per year when a specific issue comes up. I have yet to see the same doctor twice. I have a named PCP, but she is always booked 8 months in advance. Doctors keep quitting left and right - it's a revolving door. Isn't the idea of a PCP to have someone who knows you well and can help you manage your health end-to-end? How can any doctor get to know their patient if they only see them once? How can any patient develop a trusting relationship with their PCP if every time it's a new person? Spoke to multiple doctors about this and they all acknowledge how big of a mess this place is, and this is partially they all keep quitting. Time to go somewhere else.
