  I was in good hands by the staff attending to me. I hate needles but the staff have been very careful collecting blood. Almost didn't feel pain when inserting the needle.

  Today, Friday, February 27th, at 7:40 AM, my husband had an appointment for his blood test, and it was closed. They didn't even bother to notify him or offer any explanation. They are incredibly irresponsible and inconsiderate. People ask for time off from work to attend their appointments, and these places are simply unavailable and never contact them to reschedule or offer an appointment at another location so the patient doesn't waste their time. These places are purely for profit; they are not trustworthy.

  The tech at this location is incredible, professional, curious, helpful and super helpful!! I love coming to her. I wish I could say the same for other locations, most of the time in other locations people are rude, short tempered and they seem very unhappy.

  I checked in around 11:10 and I’m the next one in line when the tech’s assistant comes out to tell me at 11:26 that they can’t take me until after they’re lunch ends in an hour. It wasn’t 11:30 yet. There wasn’t anyone in the waiting room but me. I’ve worked in the medical field before and know first hand that they could’ve gotten me in and out in 15 minutes at the most. I’ve come to this locations multiple times with issues each and every time. Just super unprofessional.

  Don't ever go here this is the worst quest diagnostic I've ever been to for one it's impossible to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and I showed up here at 7:00 a.m. when they open with my 2 and 1/2-year-old daughter who is fasting and hasn't eaten in over 12 hours I wait for 2 hours after which they tell me that the doctor's orders need to be emailed to them and I have to go back to the end of the line again and wait again for another 2 hours that's ridiculous she's two and a half years old she can't sit and wait for that long these people are unprofessional and Capital they also have to be rude in front of my 2-year-old these people should be fired
