Horrible experience. It takes two to three weeks just to get an appointment at this location, which is already frustrating when you need lab work done. I have been here three different times and the experience has been the same each visit.
Communication is very difficult because none of the workers speak fluent English. Normally that would not matter, but it becomes a real issue when you need to explain medical information or ask questions about instructions for at home tests.
On top of that, the staff has been extremely rude and hostile every time I have come in. Being treated like that right before someone draws your blood is the last thing a patient needs.

Ebony was friendly and personable. Delay was explqined.
All Quest Labs other than Town Center and CC have closed. Getting an appt has become difficult. 2 check in stations, only 1 of them working & then it didn't complete check in. Had to do it 3 times. One of the employees came out and yelled at me, & stated you don't have an appt, you didn't check in, you did it wrong. None of these things were true and how her out of control hysterical yelling was helping the situation was beyond me. She was an Asian tech and should be retrained or let go.

First off the location Is pathetic and I mean that when I say it. Let me start by saying that I went as a walk in because the other location which I had an appointment at was already at full capacity. So I went to the following location (the one listed here in this message) and went as a walk in. I want to express that these "walk ins!!" are not walk ins. They are stand-by which as you know already (or do you??) makes the waiting period longer and extends it.
These stand-by periods are absolutely ridiculous because at this location there are 4 employees. All of these employees are only calling patients with appointments and every so often (every 45 mins) one employee will come out and call a patient that is on stand-by. Mind you half of the people sitting in the room, which was 20-30 people there werent enough chairs left for anyone to sit to and wait for their names to be called. By the time I was actually called back and I talked to an employee, she acted like she had no idea what was going on.
This location is so understaffed and uneducated, that MORE!!!! Needs to be done.
