Home Instead came to rescue when I needed last minute help with my elderly mother. I am extremely happy with the service I received from the Company and from the caregiver selected for my situation. We hired Home Instead and they were literally life-savers. Charlene was a God-send, helping us organize schedules and meds. We used them for over a year and came to know Karla, Patty, and Elva very personally. When I couldn't be with my loved one, they were protective and warm and my family came to love them and trust them very much. It gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was advocating for our family member in our absence.

Her care needs progressed from needing only companionship and supervision, through the middle stages of confusion and agitation, then the final stages of being bed bound and incontinent. Throughout this progression, Home Instead provided caregivers who met our needs reliably, efficiently and humanely. They were well screened, trained and supervised. The home office support was responsive and communicated effectively. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in our situation and would use them again if needed.
