  We had a family member at Oakmont of Valencia, in their memory care unit. They were completely neglected there and not being properly fed or taken to the toilet. We hired Home Instead and they were literally life-savers. Charlene was a God-send, helping us organize schedules and meds. We used them for over a year and came to know Karla, Patty, and Elva very personally. When I couldn't be with my loved one, they were protective and warm and my family came to love them and trust them very much. It gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was advocating for our family member in our absence.

  We have been using Home Instead for 3+ years for our Mother's care. We couldn't ask for more compassionate people to take care of our mother. They have always been willing to answer questions, alter schedules, and be there not only for Mom but for us. Thank you is truly not enough to say how much we appreciate you.

  Home Instead has been amazing. We started off with just a couple hours a week and have progressively moved to 8 hours a day. They have been extremely accommodating with our ever-changing requests. We even needed to request 24/7 care for my father while I went out of town for a few days. Luckily, our normal aide was able to work these days. Not only was I at ease knowing she was there while I was away, my father was too as he knew her and had already built up a trusting relationship with her. Our Home Instead home health aide has been able to assist with bathing , medications, meals, visitors, and our 3 dogs. They help find the perfect fit for all and ensure my father’s needs are met and give me a positive outreach as well. Thank you Home Instead!!!
