  I went to another Urgent Care facility on Saturday (because my usual urgent care here at AFC was already closed unfortunately) to have my ear checked out from being plugged for a few days. The nurse at the other place told me she couldn't find anything wrong and to just get ear drops and use them for 4 days and go back if needed. Today, I decided to book an appointment at AFC and have them check it out since it wasn't any better. I was able to book a same day appt on their Google Maps page as usual and when I arrived at 6:30pm, it was quite and maybe only a 30min wait. The nurses choked my ear and actually found A LOT of wax build up in the back and were shocked that the other facility didn't see it (me too). They pit the drops in for me and had me lay there for about 15min and then flushed my ear out and amazingly I was able to hear again and instantly felt better! I love this urgent care and they are always very helpful and friendly and efficient!

  Person in the front desk is no help she needs to be retrained. Literally sits there doing nothing but projecting negative energy. Instead of doing her job I will not do business with this location again. Didn't even get seen waited for nothing there plenty of other urgent cares avoid this location

  The visit was great. I had a car accident and had whiplash. They really took care of me, the Dr (Mitchell/ Marshall?) was super kind and patient. They gave me the full treatment. God bless them all!

  The receptionist at the Valencia location on Newhall Ranch Road was so help! After we registered, she sent us and our electronic registration over to the Canyon Country location because it had a much shorter wait time 😊 Ryan, the NP was thorough and very professional!
