StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Santa Clara offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- KNKelly NMar 28, 20261.0Several months ago, I clearly told the guy working the front desk (Z) that I wanted to cancel my membership and did not want any further charges on my account. I was assured by Z that it was taken care of and there would be no more charges. Despite that, several months later, I suddenly received a surprise, I was just billed over $300. Out of nowhere! When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was told their manager would call me back. Instead, I received an email refusing to refund the charges, claiming I had not canceled, which is simply not accurate. The response I received was completely unhelpful and unacceptable. No explanation as to why several months go by and suddenly I get charged. At this point, being charged several months later after explicitly canceling feels extremely concerning and like they are scamming people with unauthorized charges. Bottom line, I’m not sure how a business can operate this way while treating customers like this. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional from both a customer service and billing standpoint. I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experiences. I’ll be reporting the fraudulent charges to both my credit card company and better business bureau.

I was walking by, today was her birthday, I wished her a Happy Birthday! She never even saw me before and appreciated it. I was going to Modo, and she gave me one. Shes not a very pushy person either. I definitely recommend her. Some insurance like Kasier will pay for the first session too.
