  I’ve been coming to Site for Sore Eyes for years for both me and my son, and we’ve gotten so many amazing pairs of glasses and sunglasses over time. Every experience has been consistently excellent, and the manager truly makes it exceptional. From the moment you walk in, she sets the tone with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that every customer feels supported. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make the entire process feel easy and stress free. You can tell she truly cares about both the customer experience and the quality of service her team provides. I actually live in Los Gatos, but I will only go to the Stevens Creek location because of the staff. That says everything. The consistency, kindness, and high level of service keep us coming back year after year. We love it here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

  Stopped by today to get my glasses fixed after I dropped them and popped out a lens. Jennifer was very helpful and efficient. Great service.
