Even though I wasn't a previous customer, they treated me like a regular. They had my glasses back on my face and fitting perfectly in less than two minutes, all with a smile and no charge. I came to LensCrafters because I urgently needed a pair of glasses, and they were not only able to do an eye exam for me immediately, but they also helped me explore other possibilities for getting my urgent situation sorted out. I broke my contact lens, did not have a spare, and wasn't able to see on my business trip. In a matter of 30-40 minutes, they were able to help me get ready for the eye exam, recommend other possible solutions for contact lenses or nearby stores for glasses, and just help me out with the situation. Incredibly friendly people and very helpful.
