Poor customer service. I went to pick up my prescription order. The frame has some imperfection which the salesman Dillon couldn’t see at first. I was trying to figure what it was. He asked me if I needed magnifying glass. Very poor handling of the situation. I wouldn’t go there again.

I ordered my daughter’s glasses and my own today, after selecting our frames over the weekend. From the moment I walked into the store, Jay Lee greeted me warmly. After I returned from my eye exam, he guided me through the entire ordering process with patience and care, making everything feel comfortable and easy.
He clearly explained the promotions available from the customer’s perspective and made sure I understood all my options. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness throughout the visit. I highly recommend this place and especially Jay to anyone looking to get new glasses.

I was in San Jose visiting my daughter and son-in-law when a screw in my eyeglass frame came out and was lost causing the lens to come out of the frame. My wife and I were in the Westfield Mall and went into LensCrafters and was greeted by Jae. Even though my glasses were not purchased at LensCrafters, she was able to replace the screw and make my glasses useable again. Thank you very much Jae for saving the day!

I accidentally bent my Cartier glasses and thought they were ruined. I brought them to LensCrafters and met Greg Pellazar, who assessed them and completely over-delivered. My glasses are now better than before! His honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service have earned my loyalty—I’ll be coming here for everything from now on.

I received warm greetings and full attention from Jae Lee, the store salesman, as soon as I walked in. He’s so knowledgeable and understanding my needs and choices for my prescription glasses. He guided me patiently through almost the entire frame selection in store until I narrowed my choices to a few pair of frames. He checked to make sure that the frames I tried on would fit comfortably on my face, not less important is the beauty, the look that the pair of glasses could enhance my fading beauty; and the most important thing Jae told me is the discount promotion the store is offering, 40% off, then the second pair gets 50% off.. I Really enjoyed the process of selecting the frames and have the glasses measured by him. I’m a picky senior customer, but I agreed Jae Lee is a very caring, conscientious sales person, working for the benefit of customers’ need. Great ! I’m pleased with his service.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
