I requested the front desk person to give me an invoice she said she has run into issues and would mail me the receipt ...but again even after multiple requests I was never given an invoice for the additional charges .....wait it gets worse they never shipped me my years supply of contact lens which I was charged for and they claimed they had.... when I asked them for a tracking number I was told they are creating a new shipment as they were not able to track the order... Then when they realized I was not happy they said they had the wrong mailing address.... it been little over three weeks and the ordeal continues....
