  The core service was acceptable. My prescription was not perfectly sharp, but not poor enough to warrant a complaint, and both my frames and contact lenses arrived within the promised timeframe. My low rating is due entirely to the aftercare experience. The follow-up process feels aggressive and disrespectful. I recently received a notice informing me that a follow-up appointment had been scheduled automatically, without my request or consent, and that it was my responsibility to cancel it. That approach comes across as presumptive and arrogant. I understand the importance of follow-up care and that clinicians have demanding schedules. However, patients have demanding schedules as well. My time is not subject to unilateral decisions made on my behalf. I would have preferred to share this feedback privately, but the practice has made it surprisingly difficult to find a way to contact them directly, which leaves public feedback as the only practical option. Patients should not be treated as if they are incapable of managing their own appointments. Beyond being rude, this kind of automated, unnecessary reminder could be genuinely distressing to someone who has recently lost insurance coverage or job stability. It is an approach that lacks empathy and respect. I strongly urge the practice to reconsider this policy.

  I had a great experience at this location. The staff is very kind and professional. I needed to get back since I decided to order a second pair of glasses and they were very accommodating to the limited availability in my schedule.
