I have been coming to this studio for over a year and have always had a great experience with engaging classes and teachers! If you are looking for a fantastic moving meditation and intentional flow, I would highly recommend Tony’s C2 class. He always brings positive energy and I leave class feeling both challenged and renewed.

Tony’s C2 class on 2/3/2026 was genuinely the best class I’ve had at Corepower. I’ve regularly been attending Corepower across multiple studios for over a year, and have appreciated the high quality and thoroughness of Tony’s verbal instruction - where to focus your breath, where you should feel muscle activation, etc. He proactively calls out pitfalls to avoid in form, and guides you towards successful form without overextertion/injury. Not only is he a wonderful teacher, his lessons are the absolute embodiment of Corepower’s values and morals. I left Tony’s class feeling empowered to push myself toward physical and mental growth, and to improve and care for my community. Thank you, Tony, for being a truly holistic teacher.

Tony is truly the reason I continue coming to CorePower Yoga. Through him, I’ve also introduced four or five friends to CorePower, and they’ve all continued their memberships because of the experience he creates in class. Honestly, with the amount of yoga classes I’ve taken and the years of experience I have, Tony’s teaching stands out as some of the most professional I’ve ever encountered. His sequencing is incredibly well-structured, his rhythm is consistent and uninterrupted, and the entire practice flows seamlessly from start to finish. The class feels deeply connected, both physically and mentally — grounding, calming, yet still challenging and effective as a workout. He is one of the few truly exceptional yoga teachers out there. Even friends of mine who are yoga teachers themselves have taken his classes and spoken highly of his teaching, consistently praising his professionalism and the quality of his practice. I’m also deeply grateful for the way Tony thoughtfully weaves what’s happening in the world into his classes. He never imposes opinions or asks us to take a particular stance, but instead offers mindful reminders that invite awareness and reflection. It creates a space that feels intentional and deeply human — something that feels especially meaningful in today’s world.

The guy at reception desk is pretty mean. I think he is one of the instructors. This space has very limited parking. Encourage to find another corepower yoga store. They don’t have any hotlines for local store. Don’t try to call. The customer service goes directly to their Denver office. And they don’t do anything and it is a useless hotline.

Attended a yoga class today that revealed a critical issue within wellness spaces: performative activism disguised as wellness practice. I still can’t believe what I experienced. The entire practice was framed around “knowing your rights.” The instructor began by quizzing us on the first few amendments, asking questions like “What is the Fourth Amendment?” before launching into discussions of ICE protocols, protest rights, and police interaction limitations. At the end of class, he attempted to recite all ten amendments from the Bill of Rights, asking us to identify each one as he went. For marginalized communities, especially Latinx, Black, Indigenous, and undocumented individuals, these subjects are not abstract lessons but lived realities filled with systemic fear and tangible consequences. Responsible engagement with these topics requires psychological safety, informed consent, and understanding that those most affected do not need a yoga instructor’s civics lecture in a space designed for sanctuary. Yoga exists to regulate our nervous systems and provide refuge. This session did neither. When I raised my concerns with the instructor afterward, his response was telling: “I’m still going to talk about this, so how should I do it?” The question itself exposes the problem: assuming you have the right to center trauma-laden political topics in a wellness space without first considering whether you should. This will be my final session with CorePower. I deserve a practice that actually honors the communities it claims to support
