  Extremely disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—provided by PA Mannveet Dhillon. Her attitude was incredibly poor and she showed zero patience during my mother’s appointment. It felt very much like she was dismissive because my mother does not speak English. As a healthcare provider, you are expected to treat every patient with dignity regardless of a language barrier. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. We will not be returning to Carbon Health if this is the standard of staff they employ.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Carbon Health location and would strongly caution others before coming here. Yesterday I called ahead specifically to ask if I could walk in. I was told there was no wait and that I could come in. After arriving and checking in, I ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes with no updates. When I finally asked what was going on, the staff told me that although there were no walk-ins ahead of me, they were prioritizing scheduled appointments that kept coming in. Since I couldn’t keep waiting, I asked them to convert my visit into a scheduled appointment for the next day to avoid the same issue. Today I returned for my 4:30 PM appointment, expecting to finally be seen at the scheduled time. Instead, I was told there were four other patients ahead of me who also had 4:30 appointments, and that appointments are effectively first-come, first-served anyway. At that point it became clear that the scheduling system here makes absolutely no sense. What is the point of making an appointment if it does not reserve any actual time slot? The front desk staff could not provide any clear wait time or explanation, and the entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed. After waiting yet again with no realistic estimate of when I would be seen, I ended up canceling and leaving. Between the misleading information about walk-ins, the meaningless appointment system, and the lack of communication from the reception staff, this was a huge waste of time. I would not recommend this location if you value your time or expect basic scheduling reliability.

  Handled my appointment quickly and professionally. Some stuff really needs to be examined in person rather than virtually, and they were able to see me promptly. I wish they were open longer at night but the ability to make an appointment for urgent care (in addition to walk-in) is really nice, so I knew I could be seen first thing in the morning and still make my meeting on time.

  I had a very bad experience at this clinic. I came for a physical after being referred by another Carbon Health location, and even though my insurance covers two physicals a year, the staff kept insisting I would be charged $140 until I explained it several times. The blood draw was terrible—they used multiple needles and struggled so badly that both of my arms were swollen and bruised. It felt like they didn’t know what they were doing, and they had to call someone else to finish it. After I left, they called saying I still needed a urine test, which they never told me before. I had to take an Uber back, but the front desk guy was rude, took forever to listen, stayed on his phone, and then sent me to another clinic. When I went to the next clinic, my information wasn’t even in the system. I had to call Carbon Health again, and even though they said everything was uploaded, the other clinic still couldn’t find anything. I wasted two days and multiple Uber trips because of their poor communication and untrained staff. The doctor was great, but the rest of the team made the whole experience extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this place. Now the system which also threaten me by bankruptcy and I pay every week 3 dollar as they send me all the time new bill for no reason. My credit lower down 70 points. This is really stressful and I need to talk someone responsibile to shut the threats.
