  Worst experience ever. They never kept my record. I had tb test done here. And they either lost it or never sent to my company. Company is telling me to contact them for my th test again. Very frustrating. Worst experience ever.

  Over-prescribed medication: prescribed new  and stronger asthma inhaler that’s not needed (it was for copd patients), additional medication (I didn’t pick this up either). Also for the prednisone they prescribed 60mg per day over 14 days. My previous provider had prescribed 40mg per day over 5 days. I did not follow Carbon Health’s prescription. For reference I am a petite women. Overall, I don’t trust their prescription. Also, I had to request for a breathing treatment at the urgent care appointment - they did not bring it up. Summary: nice facilities, convenient, pleasant but over prescribing and under providing.

  Carbon health, and this facility in particular, represents rock bottom for the heath care industry. There is no number of iPads that can cover very poor patient care. They could not provide a service that I went in for (even though it was on their website) yet still charged me $150.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Carbon Health location and would strongly caution others before coming here. Yesterday I called ahead specifically to ask if I could walk in. I was told there was no wait and that I could come in. After arriving and checking in, I ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes with no updates. When I finally asked what was going on, the staff told me that although there were no walk-ins ahead of me, they were prioritizing scheduled appointments that kept coming in. Since I couldn’t keep waiting, I asked them to convert my visit into a scheduled appointment for the next day to avoid the same issue. Today I returned for my 4:30 PM appointment, expecting to finally be seen at the scheduled time. Instead, I was told there were four other patients ahead of me who also had 4:30 appointments, and that appointments are effectively first-come, first-served anyway. At that point it became clear that the scheduling system here makes absolutely no sense. What is the point of making an appointment if it does not reserve any actual time slot? The front desk staff could not provide any clear wait time or explanation, and the entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed. After waiting yet again with no realistic estimate of when I would be seen, I ended up canceling and leaving. Between the misleading information about walk-ins, the meaningless appointment system, and the lack of communication from the reception staff, this was a huge waste of time. I would not recommend this location if you value your time or expect basic scheduling reliability.
