She took the time to coach me on putting my hearing aids on and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Riannon is the most caring and understanding hearing specialist I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She worked with me to find a the perfect hearing aids for me. The hearing aids themselves have made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life—I can hear conversations more clearly and feel more confident in social settings again. What really stood out to me was the follow-up care. They didn’t just send me on my way after the fitting—they checked in to make sure everything was working well and made adjustments when needed. I have come in multiple times for various questions, and they've never turned me away. It's like walking into a friend's home when I enter the office. She went out her way to re-pair her hearing aids & took her time to explain everything! I suggest Miracle Ear on De La Vina, they were so helpful!!!
