Don't make an appt for a vaccine and expect them to be ready for you. Impersonal service and appointments mean nothing

As a consistant, pleasant, and helpful staff the Ralph's pharmacy pesonnel are very much superior. And also very human. When I read the negative reviews I want to tell others that, yes, they are human. None of us are top notch every single day and every single minute so let's get real. I find that they bend over backwards to help in about every situation where I've expressed a need. I'd give a couple extra stars if I could. I want to mention a few helpers who have gone above and beyond: Lisa, Tiffany, Amit, and Anderson. I know there are more...

I have been getting my prescriptions from Ralph's Pharmacy for many years now and I found it to be really, really convenient, especially with the automatic refills. Love how they text me when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They great me by name.
