  I arrived around 7:30 this morning and was immediately impressed by the level of care. The nurse was exceptionally kind and patient — she efficiently handled my referral and completed my blood draw in under five minutes. No wait time whatsoever. Truly a seamless experience.

  Note the time Time says it closes at four. Lady in Charge said she was closing at 3:30 and asked us to leave even though we were sitting in there for 10 minutes. she kicked us out at 3:25

  Terrible customer service. Missed the appointment by 40 mins, the lady didn't even try to help us. We said we can sit and wait for the walk in, she was like no walk ins so busy today. I said somebody may miss theirs too and we can go instead. She was like no never they all confirmed. It's impossible today. We close at 11 (it was 8:40 at the time). So yeah, it was all weird and rushed, ain't nice nobody tried to help
