  For all the bad posts about moment of clarity! Could only come from someone that's not trying to better their self! It's gave me every opportunity to get my life back on track and to become a productive citizen. The people there actually want you to do well and trust they notice when you do! As well as when you don't. I have much respect for the place! Anybody that can't get a foot back in life there don't want it anyway and is just looking to sponge off of probably one of the greatest opportunities that exist for someone coming out of addiction and tbh it really urks me to watch an see the ones that really don't want it to begin with then leave the place an talk down on it and it does have its bad parts to it but so does life! But it helped save mine!! And that's a fact I highly recommend the place and have helped some friends get there as well and will continue to every chance I get.

  I had a horrible experience at this facility from the very first day and would not recommend it to anyone seeking treatment. I was admitted on 11/7/25 and met with my assigned case manager, Cierra, who behaved unprofessionally during our meeting by vaping. Upon arrival, the facility itself was extremely dirty and had a strong odor, which was very concerning for a treatment environment. The program was also highly disorganized, and group sessions frequently started late. After being there for one week, I was informed that the facility did not accept my insurance, something that should have been verified prior to admission. I was later admitted to another facility that was covered by my insurance. I requested assistance from Cierra in completing my FMLA paperwork for work. I was told the forms would be filled out covering 11/7 through my admission date to the other facility (11/18). However, the paperwork was completed incorrectly—only covering my last day at their facility—which resulted in my FMLA being denied. When I brought this up, I was told it was my fault for not being admitted to the other facility immediately, despite prior assurances. Additionally, my disability paperwork was filled out incorrectly, which also led to a denial. I have reached out multiple times to resolve these issues, and as of 1/13/26, I still have not received a response or had my FMLA corrected. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and triggering, especially during a time when I was seeking support and stability. Given the lack of professionalism, poor organization, unsanitary conditions, insurance mishandling, and failure to properly complete critical employment paperwork, I strongly do not recommend this facility. My experience here was damaging rather than helpful.

  Great program really enjoyed my time here. Made some life long friends.. Highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking to get the most out of there sobriety

  The program offered was ok, needs more recovery based rather than God based. The living situation was amazing, the area i was in i was able to go to the beach day after the groups and had an amazing time cooking for my house mates. I would have liked to learn more and have had more access to the therapist but it's busy i know that. But overall an ok program.

  This program is what you make of it! It’s uplifting to have incredible people like Billy, our house manager, who go above and beyond to support anyone willing to help themselves. Louise St is truly the best house! Eric has been an outstanding therapist for me; he really understands me and makes me feel heard. I've navigated through some challenging times since being in California, and I can confidently say this is one of the best places to be.
