  I am writing this review with reluctance, but out of professional and ethical responsibility. I recently became aware that a member of your front desk leadership team posted a publicly visible, overtly racist comment on Facebook under her full legal name. The content was deeply disturbing and completely incompatible with the standards of professionalism, inclusivity, and patient trust that healthcare—particularly dentistry—demands. I have spent over 33 years in dentistry, including extensive experience in practice operations and team management. Behavior of this nature, especially from someone in a management role who represents the practice publicly, would warrant immediate review and decisive action in any office I have ever worked in or overseen. Because this directly impacts patient safety, trust, and the reputation of your practice, I believe it is important that you are made aware. I have screenshots and video documentation of the comment and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so you can review this information yourself.   Thank you Dr.Mata and staff. You did a great job with my dental implant. Especially painless and caring. Everyone in the clinic was very kind and helpful, I am very happy with the results. 🙏🏼❤️😇

  Recently I had periodontal work done by Dr. Mata and I am happy to recommend him to others. Dr. Mata and his team are well qualified, communicate clearly and operate a very nice, clean practice. Dr. Mata did an excellent job on the work required and he and his team were a pleasure to work with.

  James is the most gentle, kind and professional dentist in OC. To be honest, Just like most people who are reading reviews nowadays, I wasn't 100% convinced when I saw a business with a full 5 stars review (It's hard to believe). ONLY then when you come see James you WILL know that's he's the real deal when it comes to Periodontics & Dental Implants. James is an excellent listener, all questions and concerns that I had, He addressed each and everyone of them with all the detail and AGAIN... made sure that they actually made sense to me. I'm sure you could stop yelping RIGHT HERE, NOW if you are looking for a Periodontist because you will be so happy that you HAVE chosen to go to James.
