  I had a great experience with Dr Trofimenko and her team. Their approach to my issues was swift and she resolved an ongoing issue immediately. I didn’t think one of my issues could be fixed and the doctor was able to provide me relief. Also, through immediate in house testing they were able to rule out a cancer diagnosis. I would highly recommend this doctor and her team.

  Dr Trofimenko prescribed medication and said my primary Dr whole heartedly supported the medication. At my next visit ith my primary, she was not at all happy I was prescribed that medication. She did not agree at all and in fact it would be harmful to me. And Dr Trofimenko charged me $450 for something potentially harmful. My primary said she was so unhappy she would call her. Also Dr Trofimenko referred me to another Dr. I needed the referral faxed. I called 3 times to get that referral faxed. At that Dr's office I called yet again on hold for 23 minutes and still they did not get it. Tried to get it emailed to me and she hung up on me! Had to cancel that appt. Really terrible experience.

  I had such a positive experience with Dr. Trofimenko. She has excellent bedside manner and is incredibly friendly. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in guiding me and my wife through our fertility journey and am thankful for her care.

  UPDATE: Decided to cancel my surgery with this Doctor. The office staff was terrible and the experience was terrible as well. Stay far away from this doctor if you do not want to go thru the same things I have. So far, I'm not impressed by the office staff's communication or clarity. I came to see Dr. Trofimenko for flank pain I was having that was previously diagnosed through imaging from my GP as kidney stones. The consultation with the Dr. was quick and to the point and she provided me the options on the surgical procedures. She told me she would direct the surgery scheduler to get me in by the end of July and to follow-up in a few days if I had not heard back. I called back in the few days as instructed, and left multiple messages asking for someone to tell me when surgery could be scheduled. In fact, after speaking with the surgery scheduler before she was leaving early for the day she told me that they normally need more time to schedule and that there were no openings for another month for the procedure. Although highly frustrated that they had not followed up as they should have and that it would take another month to get the procedure done with the extreme pain I'm enduring, I agreed to the ONLY date they had on my birthday of all days. About 1 week later, I received a text message from the surgery center stating the amount of money my insurance would cover for the procedure. It stated at the bottom of the email that this estimate did not include the cost from the surgeon or anesthesiologist. I called the surgery scheduler today and asked if the amount that was specified by the surgery center included the cost for Dr. Trofemenko or not. She told me no. Then she said they have a different billing system and bill separately. When I asked what this cost was for then, since it actually lists the exact procedure I'm having she then said she was not sure and would have to ask the billing person to answer that. Outside of the consultation with the Doctor, I have felt like there was absolutely zero care provided by the office staff to both book my surgery and provide adequate estimates of procedure costs as well as provide ACCURATE information to help me. The surgery center wants me to pay over $3,100 that is not covered by my insurance but then I will get a bill from the Doctor as well? This makes no sense, and I wish there was someone I could escalate to at this office who cared enough to help. At this stage, it's just everyone pointing fingers at someone else to handle with "give them 24 hours" or "give us a few days" or "we normally schedule after 1 week". There is zero care for what pains the patient is going through both physically (ie: the reason for the procedure) or the pain of the process they clearly have not mastered. I feel like a 3rd rate patient and it feels like 3rd rate support. I will be seeking other surgery doctors to see if I have any other options in the meantime while I continue to "wait and be patient".

  I went to Dr. Trofimenko after experiencing some significant urological issues. She performed the Urolift procedure on me. The results are amazing! I feel like I got my freedom back. No more constantly having to navigate to bathrooms, affecting my daily living. I am so happy that I decided to do this. So worth it. Thanks Dr. Trofimenko!
