  Referred by Primary doctor for second opinion to assist with a potential kidney blockage, causing bladder leaks and re-occurring UTI's for my 90 year old Grandmother. Dr T suggested she start using an estrogen ring to allow her body to recreate it's own bacteria blockers and help with the bladder issues instead of risky surgery that could result in more issues. Have been seeing her for almost a year, and have had very few complaints of bladder leaks and no UTI's since starting the estrogen ring about 6 months ago.

  Dr. Trofimenko is an excellent doctor through and through. Being a son of medical professionals, I am a tough patient to judge. She is not only truly caring, with superb bedside manners, and incredibly detailed in her analyses but her in-depth knowledge and expertise speaks for herself. She never rushes you, takes her time answering questions and makes sure you know what the best next course of action is. If you are looking for a urologist who knows, cares and walks the walk, try her. Thank you

  My experience with Dr. Vera Trofimenko has been nothing short of excellent. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment and secured the last slot of the day, which I truly appreciated. During the visit, she took the time to thoroughly discuss the issues I was experiencing and provided a detailed, clear explanation of what she believed was going on. She recommended specific exercises and prescribed medication to evaluate how I would respond. By the second day of following her guidance and starting the prescription, I felt completely back to normal — honestly, like I was in my 20s again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive urologist in Orange County.

  I want to sincerely thank Dr. Trofimenco and her entire office for changing my life. For 9 years, I struggled with constant UTIs. I kept switching doctors, but no one was truly interested in finding the root cause or helping me prevent the infections. I was living from one antibiotic to another, and my water practically turned into cranberry juice. Many times, I ended up in urgent care because as soon as my antibiotics were finished, within a few days I would get another infection. After years of this cycle, I even started to believe that this was just “normal” for me. But it’s not normal. When I met Dr. Trofimenco, everything changed. From the very beginning, she knew exactly what to do. We did a couple of procedures, and she addressed the real cause of my problem instead of just treating the symptoms. Today, I have been infection-free for 3 years. I now only see Dr. Trofimenco once a year for a check-up. I am incredibly grateful to her. I truly feel like I see the world more colorful now because I’m no longer living in constant pain and fear of the next infection. I only wish I had found her sooner. Dr. Trofimenco is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I also want to mention the front desk assistants — they are always kind, welcoming, and well-informed.   Dr. Trofimenko is a compassionate listener. I appreciate that she doesn’t rush my 90 y/o mom when she has questions. She listens intently and answers directly with a deep knowledge base. She made us feel confident about trusting her. We drive from the high desert. It typically takes 2 hrs one way. Yes, it is a long drive but the care my mom receives from Dr. Trofimenko is ABSOLUTELY worth it! I want to comment on her office staff. I noticed that they are NOT on their cell phones and every scheduled appointment or phone call has been prompt and professional.
