She is patient, always professional, and took the time to understand and fully address all my concerns and questions. My experience with her staff was also very positive. They were prompt, professional, and always competent. I definitely recommend the Dr. and her team.

I didn’t think one of my issues could be fixed and the doctor was able to provide me relief. Also, through immediate in house testing they were able to rule out a cancer diagnosis. I would highly recommend this doctor and her team.
- CCC CNov 18, 20251.0Dr Trofimenko prescribed medication and said my primary Dr whole heartedly supported the medication. At my next visit ith my primary, she was not at all happy I was prescribed that medication. She did not agree at all and in fact it would be harmful to me. And Dr Trofimenko charged me $450 for something potentially harmful. My primary said she was so unhappy she would call her. Also Dr Trofimenko referred me to another Dr. I needed the referral faxed. I called 3 times to get that referral faxed. At that Dr's office I called yet again on hold for 23 minutes and still they did not get it. Tried to get it emailed to me and she hung up on me! Had to cancel that appt. Really terrible experience.
