She threw my belongings on the floor and acted aggressively while cleaning, breaking and scattering things around. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses her behavior properly.

I talked to the front desk regarding this and they are of no help. I have started getting similar infection on my leg. Their manager is never at the front desk. Poor management and no standard when it comes to cleanliness. I am leaving this gym soon! Thanks

What upset me is that I was the only one being singled out,staff told me off, yet I could clearly see other members walking around with their bags and nothing was said to them. I wouldn’t have been as frustrated if the rule was applied fairly and consistently to everyone. Instead, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional, which really ruined the experience. Policies are fine, but they need to be enforced equally and handled with better communication.
