As someone going into their first eye exam, I was honestly pretty nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. She made the entire process feel so easy and comfortable from start to finish. Her patience, knowledge, and kindness really stood out, and she made my first eye exam experience not only stress free but actually enjoyable. - RRRogerFeb 16, 20261.0Arrived at opening on 02/16/2026 and made an examination appointment for 12:20pm. I waited over 25 minutes for my appointment and complained at the front counter. I was told I would need a pre-exam, plus another 15-20 minutes before I would be seen by the Doctor. The employees are all young inexperienced individuals, no Manager present. A lead employee stated “We only have one eye doctor and this always happens when it rains”. This is no excuse and customers should be told upon arrival when they’re running behind. Why make an appointment if it’s not honored. I wasted my entire morning (11:00am - 1:00pm) needing an examination and new frames. LensCrafters have gone Down Hill and in the future I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
