Thirty years of loyalty, only to be completely betrayed by utterly non-existent service and massive corporate incompetence. This review is specifically aimed at the GNC store in Santa Ana on 17th St. The Delivery Nightmare I placed my order three weeks ago. THREE WEEKS. The promised delivery window was a standard 2-3 business days. Not only did the order fail to arrive in that timeframe, but after weeks of waiting, I received a truly insulting, BULLSHT EMAIL stating that the order had been delivered. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. This isn't just a shipping delay; this is lying directly to the customer and creating a massive security and accountability issue. Where is my product? Corporate Customer Service is a DISASTER When I called GNC Corporate to sort out this non-delivery and the false tracking information, the service I received was abysmal. I was met with rude agents who clearly did not care about a decades-long customer being fleeced. Not only were they rude, but they repeatedly KEPT HANGING UP THE CHAT CONVERSATION. This is not customer service; this is active avoidance. A company that treats its most loyal customers this way deserves to lose every single one of them. Bottom Line My 30 years of loyalty mean absolutely nothing to GNC. They lost my order, lied about the delivery, and treated me like garbage when I tried to fix their mistake.
