However, when I fell behind on payments due to unforeseen circumstances, including the loss of my father and other family issues, I was working with the dentist to complete treatment. Despite our agreement, the office suddenly demanded payment of over $700 for my children to continue their braces treatment or have their braces removed. This has caused significant stress and inconvenience for my family. I'm still trying to navigate this situation and hope they will reconsider. Unfortunately, I would caution others to carefully review their payment terms and understand the office's policies before committing to treatment."

- MAMirella AbregoOct 29, 20251.0It was very difficult and uncomfortable to give this dental office this rating. But after my most recent visit I will have to move somewhere else. I have chosen this location for my oldest child, he is now 7 and perusal have good experiences with the majority of the employees here. Apparently Ms. Lisa Nguyen seems to have issues with the type of patients she receives. The way she pushes and rushes herself onto my child; with little to no warning that she will be invading their space is inappropriate. If my child hesitated or would not comply at first demand her comments would be completely out of pocket and inappropriate if she would be speaking to an adult patient the way she did let alone to a child. I’m quite surprised her entitlement to handle the patients the way she does remains after all this is not my first encounter with her. And I clearly spoke up the first time and asked to please not allow this specific DDS to assist my child. Yet I had another unfortunate encounter after a little over a year. And clearly I’m not the only one having this type of experiences with her.
