My left heel was hurting when I got there. When I left, within an hour, both feet hurt. Following all instructions, by the time I went to bed, I could barely walk. Woke up today, I have severe pain in both feet. I want a full refund. This place should be shut down.

Every visit I've had with the Good Feet store has been a positive one! It's been over a year now since I've been wearing them and my sciatica and scoliosis get better! It's taking time but it's always improving! I've had these issues all my life and finally some pain relief. Thank you Good Feet and thank you Yancee for your great visit last week! -Elaine Murphy

We had an appointment for which we had a confirmation email, but got told the appointment didn't register on their end and that it would be a 30 minute wait. That turned out to be an hour wait, while the employee who greeted us gave me what I think is the employee-facing customer intake form to fill out while we waited to save time which was a nice effort, but sort of weird. They also helped other customers who arrived after us while I was filling it out and continued to afterword, so it would have been faster to just work with us at that point. Then the other employee who eventually helped us asked for all my info again, seemingly having not noticed the employee tablet that I had when she greeted us, and I guess her coworker didn't inform her that I already did that, either. She awkwardly recited her scripted sales pitch while trying to apply the script to my personal details, but it came across as extremely stilted and did not inspire confidence in me that I was speaking with a subject matter expert. She also didn't know the difference between "pronate" and "supinate", which seems like important knowledge for this particular job. If you look at my reviews on Google, you'll find that I RARELY give poor reviews. This was exceptionally bad. I don't know if the girl was new or what, but if you're going to try to get me to buy $1200+ shoe inserts, you have to be better than this...

Zillah (pronounced zeelah) was extremely professional and helpful. She took her time explaining the arch support process and all of her recommendations. She's a good listener and I left with a smile. My husband and I both love the med massager.

It all started by going into the store and meeting Zillah , once I turned her down and went home to lay down after a long day I tossed and turned as I lay to rest she continued on in my subconscious mind so the next day I had to go back and invest in my feet ohhh what happy feet they are thank you Zillah

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
