It can't be easy to always be cheery, respectful and upbeat with clients who are chronically ill, yet Kim is exactly that --cheery, respectful and upbeat with my husband. He actually looks forward to the day ! We also appreciate her excellent skill in client health and wellness -- always careful with medication reminders, breakfast prep, safe transfers from bed to wheelchair, toileting, bath & dressing assistance, all the while chatting with him, sometimes joking. He actually responds ! In addition, she safely drives him to his local doctors and helps me place him gently in the exam chair. He tries his best to cooperate with her, making the day pleasant.
